OneDollarAnswer uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized insights based on the information voluntarily provided by the user.

AI-generated reports are designed to encourage reflection, improve self-awareness and help identify possible behavioral patterns, contradictions or blind spots. They are not statements of fact and should not be interpreted as objective truth.

The quality, accuracy and relevance of every report depends on the completeness, honesty and accuracy of the information submitted by the user.

User Responsibilities

You also agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer the system, scrape content, use automated systems to access reports or attempt to bypass payment, security or technical restrictions.

Payments

Refund Policy

Because every report is created individually after payment, completed reports generally cannot be cancelled or returned.

Intellectual Property

All software, prompts, AI workflows, graphics, branding, report layouts, visual elements, designs, website content, source code, logos and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of German Quality Co., Ltd.

Purchasing a report grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read your report for private use only.

Commercial reproduction, resale, redistribution, republication, scraping or reverse engineering is prohibited without prior written permission.

Availability of the Service

We strive to keep OneDollarAnswer available at all times.

However, interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, payment providers, hosting providers, internet outages, force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, German Quality Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use OneDollarAnswer.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid for the report giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless German Quality Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, legal costs and expenses resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to OneDollarAnswer without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service, other users, legal compliance or our legitimate business interests.
